Thomas Dluski (Associate )

Tom concentrates his practice in the defense of asbestos and toxic tort claims arising from environmental and occupational exposure, including products and premises liability claims. 

He has actively defended clients in asbestos litigation throughout the state of Illinois. Defendants represented have included insulation manufacturers, gasket manufacturers, public utilities, pump manufacturers, building material manufacturers, premises owners and contractors. 

As counsel, Tom has drafted countless discovery motions, motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. He has deposed treating physicians, pathologists and witnesses. He is familiar with the relevant scientific and medical literature related to asbestos diseases as well as the historical significance of various studies, papers and governmental regulations.
