Hunsaker Talks Reptile Theory at USA&M Best Practices Seminar

On February 23, Richard Hunsaker spoke on Reptilian Theory. Hunsaker offered insights on how to neutralize the use of "reptile strategies" employed by plaintiff's counsel during jury trials. The presentation was part of United States Arbitration & Mediation's Best Practice's Series and offered to practicing attorneys in both Illinois and Missouri for CLE credit.  Reptilian tactics are becoming more commonplace in civil litigation and are employed to convince juries that those sued should be punished for "unsafe" practices.
