Heyl Royster Attorneys Speak at Peoria County Bar Association CLE Programs

Heyl Royster attorneys from the firm's Peoria and Urbana offices served as moderators and speakers at several Peoria County Bar Association Winter 2013 CLE programs. Partner Brad Elward and associate John Redlingshafer moderated the Civil Practice seminar. Partner Andy Keyt and two other bar association members spoke on the topic of Freedom of Information Act in Your Practice; partner Tim Bertschy's topic was Using Receiverships; and partner Brad Peterson spoke on Implications of MSA/Medicare on Civil Cases. For the seminar on Workers' Compensation: Brad Elward served as a moderator and presented Circuit Court Judicial Reviews; associate Stacie Hansen spoke on Social Media Implications for Your Workers' Compensation Cases; and partner Bruce Bonds spoke on AMA – Position Point/Counterpoint.

The Peoria County Bar Association has presented its Winter CLE Programs for 37 years.
