Warren to Present at ISBA Federal Civil Practice 56: A Summary Judgment Refresher Webinar

Brittany Warren will serve as a panelist for the Illinois State Bar Association's Federal Civil Practice 56: A Summary Judgment Refresher on Friday, June 23, presented by ISBA Federal Civil Practice Section. This online refresher will examine the purpose of summary judgment, what to consider when filing a summary judgment motion, and the local rules impacting procedure.
