We're thrilled to announce that in H1 2023, our team's hard work paid off with the successful completion of three mergers involving six companies, approaching a combined revenue of $1 billion. Our negotiators, Ken Davies, and Katelyn Schwiderski, went above and beyond to ensure these mergers succeeded. Ken Davies has more than 20 years of experience representing and advising clients in property and asset acquisition, zoning, special use permits, mergers, and cooperatives, offering comprehensive transactional, regulatory, financing, and legal experience across the real estate and agribusiness sectors. 

Katelyn Schwiderski has immersed herself in her law practice, diving into the details and practicing in numerous practice areas. Katelyn focuses her practice on agribusiness, representing a multitude of grain elevators and agribusiness entities. Katelyn works closely with cooperatives’ board of directors advising them on various legal matters, including but not limited to, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions, supply agreements, throughput agreements, contracts, and agreements.
